I’ll keep this short.
Mr. President himself will be in our office building tomorrow for an event. Since our entire block, phones, walls, restrooms, chairs are bugged, I wanted to post something that the secret service crew has to read.
Sincerely,

I always do this.
Start blogging. Save as draft. Come back. Hate it. Delete. Don’t check Tumblr for weeks. Get inspired. Start typing. DELETE.
Why is it every time I go to post, I double guess “will people I’m friends with find this offensive? Am I being too cheesy? Am I being a hypocrite?”
But then I came across this:

WAHOOO this is freeing! The blogs that are controversial, off-the-cuff, creative, jappy, and all around weird are the ones most interesting to read. Cheers to all you out there blogging away this fine Saturday - keep doing your thing.
Sometimes people come into your life and you know right away that they were meant to be there, to serve some sort of purpose, teach you a lesson, or to help you figure out who you are or who you want to become. You never know who these people may be (possibly your roommate, neighbor, co-worker,…

Hello Dreamers!
Today I would like to talk about the “City of Angels”. Yes Los Angeles, the city where you can find all the glitz and glam you could ever ask for. The city where you can be strolling down Robertson or Sunset and see Paris Hilton casually shopping at Kitson or Madison. The city…
living the planned yet oh-so-unexpected life.
It’s true. Just when I think everything that’s planned is going, well as planned… life loves to throw something unexpected my way. Fate, destiny, whatever. My type-A personality used to not deal well with things going off course. But this time they are on course with added flavor. Added excitement and risk. Risk that it could all disappear at any moment and the one thing I thought I’d never be able to get over… I FINALLY DID.
I’ll go to my grave saying everything happens for a reason. Maybe that’s wishful thinking to explain the random things that occur… but until one of these life “events” steers me completely off course of where my heart and passions lie, I’ll continue to take what it throws at me and run with it.
[Coastline. Santa Barbara, California]
If you asked me 5 years ago where I’d be… I’d hope to tell you California. It was roughly 5 years ago that I stood at this coastline and told myself that I would one day be back.
Next item on the bucket list? ACTUALLY live in Santa Barbara. If I can move 3,000 miles to San Fran, what’s another 500 miles to SB.
